Hello, I am 58 and in 2012 had a Thyroidectmey, in the surgery the DR. messed up  and cut my  right phrenic nerve.  when i woke form the surgery i could not speak or breathe for about 10 wks. it did get better and in the last 2 years it has gotten worse..everyday.  i am willing to go any where that can help me . i HAVE had a EMG on my diaphragm in Nov. 2016 and i do have movement there..please i am a little desperate...my whole body is effected especially my right side, my thinking, breathing ETC.    Reaching out for help, PLEASE
