Pathology of corpus callosum?

I have recently been catching up on anatomy lessons - I never knew much about the human brain and what really goes on in there, for instance. This thing called corpus callosum is very fascinating! Can anyone tell me more about the pathology of corpus callosum? Thank you so much!
