Hello everyone, Im happy to say after a month i finally grew the courage and have just done the procedure!! I used Deep Numb Cream which got the job done and also i bought an adjustable soldering iron 15w or 30w, i used the 15w since it seemed lower risk.. Idk if i got all of the ppp thoroughly but im happy i did it and im now in a bit of pain but nothing unbearable, i will wait to see how it comes out(hopefully good) and if needed i will redo the procedure with maybe 30w this time.. Also i used 100% tea tree oil right after and will continue using through recovery, I will keep it posted on how it turns out.. Thank you for all the help from everyone and i just wanted to post this so other people suffering from ppp can be confident that they can do it too! Special thanks to Smooth for being active and answering questions, good looking out!

 

P.S. Is it normal i have a little blood in some spots?

Well it's the morning after, I'm a little sore but not really in any pain. Skin looks like a typical burn, I hope I zapped em enough.

 

Scared No More: I wouldn't be too worried about the blood, it is how the body heals after all; keep an eye on it just in case, but I think you're fine.

Well it's the second day after, no constant paint or discomfort at all but quite sensitive to the touch, I'll probably wait a little longer before my next update.

Just read this whole thread, burning them off seems crazy.

 

I'd honestly rather try to nail file method... as there is a lack of burning hot metal in that.

Phil ! don try the Nail file thing! it just dosent work!  and actually it makes them grow more lol. i tried that before trying the soldering iron method (the only thing that worked). and it was painful and uselles.

Oh no nail filing is insane. You're just going to irritate them and make them spread. Do the soldering iron, it painless and really works. And kind of fun. Takes a minute or so. Give your peen three weeks to heal and you're pop free.

Yeah like everyone else said, don't bother with the nail file. I tried it before, it actually hurt worse than the soldering iron and it didn't do anything to get rid of them.

Hello to everyone , i was thinking about the method of the soldering iron and i want to congatulate everyone that made it,   others gave me the courage to put an end to this problem  by myself , the matter is very simple and common sense the 2 ways to get rid of this PPP are Hyfrecator and Co2 Laser  so the Soldering Iron is more similar to  the hyfrecator but i improve a little bit ur  method using a disposable hyfrecator   it cost like 20 to 60 usd 

u cant find it whit this name:  "bovie disposable cautery"  and u know where to find it in a ma zon or e b ay,  this device uses a AAA battery so is very simple to use,

And well im waiting for the Cautery to try with a few papules, hahaha.

if anyone already try this please post his experience.

No links here. it was just $8 at radioshack. If you read the thread there is info about the specific numbing cremes.

New Update !

Its been a while now and my penis has healed :) and i honestly say to my self... IF I DIT NOT FIND THIS TOPIC than i was doomed lol. but with luck i fount this topic becouse one day i was tired and sad and just wanted to get rid of them without going to the doctor or someting like thad.

And my penis shaft looks so new and smooth lol the things are gone! im so happy lol but under my penis shaft they are almost gone! but not really noticeable! buy im going to do a second procedure on them :P even if they are thad small. But on my shaft they are all gone! and smooth!

 

THANKS TO THIS TOPIC + SOLDERING IRON + NUMB CREAM. it took my like 3-5 min to burn them of lol...
