There is this e book of this guy claiming "Removed Papules Easily, Permanently & In Just 3 Days".A guest in this Thread said he read it and that the writer just recommends a laser hair removal.Though it might be partly a scam,combining the info of the other guy with the soldering iron, it seems a promising technique.I mean, it might be based on the same co2 laser principle.

to the guy who post soldiering iron on medial help , well , i have ppp since 15 year old , now i m 28 . i live in singapore , i have seen his post on soldiering iron, day by day . very impressive , and i have bought the cream to numb it and really as what he have said , it really must took up your courage to use the hot thing at my ppp. well its the 2nd day which i did my own surgery. i m pretty confident that it will work.

so i had this penile papules for about a year or two, and lost them few days ago,
i didnt even know it was going to happen, but it was like this:
i had unprotected sex with my girlfriend and at the time she had candida albicans infection, fungus, and we didnt know it then, and i didnt wash the poor guy till 6 hours later, so i was infected as well, the next day the head was red, all in small red dots, and swollen, also very very itchy, next few hours the dots were gone, and it all became a weird grey colored fluid, where the dots were, so i washed it, and in the next few days, my skin started to peel, not really a problem, but it peeled off the small white papules that i had, and now after 4 days, its back to normal, only a lot better looking, almost like i have new skin :-D
so yeah, it will be a drag, and i have no idea if this helped, but it did help me in a way :-D

I am writing this message just to have my conscience rested since I treated my PPP with soldering iron:
I am 29 dark skinned, uncircumcised and had PPP (and fordyce spots=SP) since I was 6 yo or something.Since then, SP has most probably remained as it was,though PPP became little bit worse year-by-year. As many other ppl, PPP (combined with SP) kinda ruined my sex life so I started looking for "treatments".Here is the list of the stuff I 've tried and the results:
1.Toothpaste: Didn't worked,
As some of you already may know, I had the "classic" results: burn -peeling of the skin, diminish of the papules and reappearance after few days.No difference ,I think papules returned to the form they were b4.
2.Pluck out: Partly worked,
While some of the plucked out papules seem to have gone 4ever,some came back and some left tiny scars.(Although many other people suggest not to do it, I am not sure what would happen if you just uproot them from deep inside your skin.The skin of this area seems to have great healing and reconstructing capacities).
Deep uprooting caused lot of pain and normal blood flow.
3.Nail file: Made them worse in time,
Used nail file method as described above on this thread.Didn't used any ointment tho.At the beggining, they indeed started to fade away, they peeled off and became smaller.But after two weeks or so, they increased in number and appeared in spots that were clear of papules in the past.It was like I caused their wrath since I mistreated them :-p .Now I had smaller but more papules all over.It was worse than ever.
4.Soldering iron: Almost completely "cured",
I used a 50 Euro German soldering iron multi pro 20W with attachable thin tip.(I won't say its exact model for obvious reasons).It reaches about 250 Celsius Degrees.It worked almost fine and now ,about 1 month after the "treatment" I am still satisfied.Here is the procedure of how I did it:
Washed penis,(Acme natural ph dermatology tested soap) let it dry for at least 25'.Plugged soldering iron and w8ed 4 about 5' 2 reach max heat.
Touched the tip on each papule repeatedly, for some seconds in total -and on all surface of the papule,not only on the top- until they made a satisfying sound like "pop" and becomes white and dry.Normally, I think you should touch it on papule for about one whole second once, like they do with the Hyfrecator tool.(Hyfrecator method is used mostly by dermatologists, it moslty burns the inner layer of tissue thus having better results.They reach more than 250 Celsuis by heating tissue past the temperature at which cells can survive.)But since I had no numbing ointment applied, the pain was great enough not to be able to hold it for a whole second...
I didn't did the very small ones since they r' hardly noticable, and might be useful to something.
I finished all the corona surface in two times.Took me about 45' total.I had normal density of papules.

This method works. I have papules on the bottom and underside of my penis head. No one has noticed them yet, but I hate them. I've been using an emery board, while in the shower, since its surface is basically sandpaper. I make sure to keep my penis very wet while filing and I only do it for a count of 120 and then stop. My penis head is a bit tender afterwards, but it's never bled or gotten infected. And the papules that were removed have not returned.

soldering iron is good , i did post some last few months ago , really works, must completely burn all , u must do it 3 times . use a numbling cfream which can be bought at pharmacy . then when u touch the tip od soldering iron on the ppp , u will hera a pop sound .. after that it turns white and will be ok after 10 -13 days , but be careful about recovery , because it might be painful if u keep it dry, dry dun touch with underwear, coz the burn part will stick to the under wear . make sure it is dry all times till fourth or fifth day . then it should be ok . till full recovery . all the best to guys out there , whereby i have clear the ppp witout going to surgeons and feel shy at there .

I seen the guy who poster earlier saying that the nail file method didnt work for him, i think it didnt work because he said he didnt use any cream aswell.
i used the nail file for about 20 minutes slowly rubbing away, at the end i started rubbing it abit faster, dont over do it but do enough so that you feel a little bit of pain so that you know its grazing off the dry papules of skin. Afterwards i apply sudo cream(its like an antiseptic healing cream thats quite thick and it protects the skin and numbs the pain aswell) once you apply it the pain from the nail file should not be noticable) then wait for a day or 2 until the skin feels better and if you have kept applying the cream on it the whole time it should have healed up nicely, (their may be a tiny bit off pain still but not much) then start your next session of filing and try to get off as much as you can again until the parts with the papules have filed down an feel sore. then apply the cream and let yoruself heal up again. After repeating the process for about a week i have had really good results, the left side of my penis that had the papules now feels really smooth and i dont think a girl would be able to even notice it if i didnt point it out whereas be4 it would have been very obvious and once a girl didnt even want

Be careful not to go mad and rub like a maniac though because you dont wanna cause any damage to yourself. after it is done it should feel a bit sore and sting and you will still hurt if you touch it in like a day or 2 be4 it can heal up and you continue the process,

i am currently in the process of using the nail file method. it hurts your penis for about a day after each time you do it, but because the penis has so much blood in it it heals really fast and by the next day its healed fully and your ready to file down a bit more. After each time i do it i put on sudo cream which is an antiseptic healing cream and its got a bit of pain killing properties as well so i don't feel any pain. Ive been doing it for about 2 weeks now, the right side of the rim of my head is almost completly smooth now since this side was not as bad as the other when i first started. the left side is still getting there but there has been a definite huge improvement and im pretty sure it does not look like they are coming back. It does make logical sense that this method works since as a guy said earlier, it is effectivly the same as the laser method accept takes longer and is less precise. I have only bleeded a few times by doing this but it was only a tiny dot of blood and once that happened i just stoped on that spot and by the next day it was prefectly fine again. I do recomend anyone who wants to get rid of these but cant afford the co2 treatment to try this. f**k the guys on this saying that its normal and makes it feel good for the woman, even if that is true its not worth the cost of your self esteem. i am going to try the nail file method because it seems a little bit easier than that iron way i will repost how it goes but also i feel like it mite be difficult because i have a fair number of them. I feel like it could take a while to locate each individual one because some are so small. Im not concerened really with the small ones though so ill try it this week. also for those who are concerened about making ur d**k bleed dont worry cuz i have used a pin on mine to try and dig the root out (it didnt work it may have eventually but there was too much pain) and it bled like a b***h but they all healed up in a few days so theres really not much risk with scarring urself unless ur a dumbass

also i really cant tell if i have PPP or sabaceous Prominence. Will the nail filing method work for both? i am leaning towards the fact that i have SP because mine arent located on my head they are on the shaft area and scrotum. If so i already did the filing method in the shower last night, i had some slight bleeding but once i stopped the bleeding stopped. i applied anitbiotic cream and am hoping for the best i am a little concerned right now though because my penis is really red and at first felt really smooth and i guess it still is now but it looks gross cuz its so red and some of the bigger dots have sorta ripped off and left what looks like a hole. I guess i will continue the method because i am pretty desperate but i really hope this wont make it worse. And can anyone answer if the filing method will also work for SP?
