I bought 30w soldering iron,

and numbling cream, i waited about 30/35 minutes after the numbling cream to feel my P Numb,

FIRST i tested my pain with someting else before i dit the soldering iron on it, than i was amazed i thought wtf no pain!

So i was SHAKY AS HELL SOO SHAKY i was SCARED even without the pain, i said to myself i don't wanna live in this nightmare.

So i dit my shaft first and they made a pop electronic sound, it was weird lol but cool, second ones under my shaft.

Now its like white stuff and burn lookalike but not color black just color skin.

 

Now im feeling itchy pain alittle bit, after thad i put some olive oil on it and thads it. im waiting for recovery and see wat is left :)

Does someone know wen the itchy pain goes away? thanks :D good luck everyone.

 

 

UPDATE : Is it normal to have some black spots? from the burning off? The itching is gone. Can someone help me with this black? does this go away or leave a scar tnx.

Yeah it will last like a week and a half. I put neosporin on mine, not olive oil.

It will look real ugly then it will peel and look beautiful. :) I'm glad you had as much fun burning them off as I did lol.

I'm gonna do it tonight, I have a 30w soldering iron with small tip, 20% benzocaine gel and some antiseptic burn ointment. I found a post from someone who followed the soldering iron method (google "sebaceous prominence t651-possible-method-of-removal" and it should be the first one) and he took some before after photos. His are pretty low resolution so I'm going to take my own before and after photos which I will post once it's all healed up. If this method works there needs to be documentation of it.I'm nervous so I might only do a few of them tonight to see how it goes, or maybe after doing the first few I'll be confident enough to do them all; either way I'll be returning here regularly to post my results.

lmao it does work, but I don't there needs to be documentation of it. I don't suggest that anyone does surgery on themselves if they can afford otherwise. However, it is completely painless, and took me only 50 seconds to remove PPP that I have dealt with for over 7 years.

Yeah this cream didn't numb me near enough to where I was willing to burn my penis, I'm gonna take the doctor route. Good luck everyone.

I got my cream from Ebay, the tattoo one, it was alittle bit pricy for just 10gram but its worth it. name is : Maximum Strenght Speed Numb, No pain in mind!

Wen i started to burn them, i dit not feel nothing really weird but i was stil shaky, but i burned all of them but i still see them but like the air is gona is this a right thing? plus black dust behind it or something. well today i felt someting wet on them but not all of em lol, is this a good sign ? :)

Just wait and put neosporin on it:) I saw a little ppp still too until it peeled about two weeks later.

Just be patient and don't movie your peen too much to prevent that itching feeling. I don't know about the black dust, mine was kind of gray and brown but it should disappear after it all peels my friend

Keep spraying it with some kind of anti bacterial /wound spray for two weeks. Then I use the blow dryer to keep it dry then it will peel. Keep us updated bro :)

Oke first 2 days i tryed not to wet them with water under the shower, so 3rth day i just dit it but not touchedmy P, it peeled alittle bit and beginning to heal :) but i don't use anti bacterial creme lol becouse i don't have it, i just let it heal by it self and i don't feel pain anymore thads a good sign!

Okay be careful. I do suggest anti-bacterial cream though to protect it from infection. And then dry it with a blow dryer when you get out of the shower.

I called my doctor, earliest I could get in is 3 months and that's just to get a referral to a dermatologist. So I went and bought some EMLA cream, tested it out, holy c**p does it ever work, it was a little off putting just how numb my penis was lol. Anyways, I washed well with soap and water then left the cream for about 35 minutes then started burning them with the iron. I was super nervous and shaky at the start but after a few it got a lot easier; took maybe 10 minutes total to burn them all off. I'll be sure to post here how everything goes during the healing process.

 

And I want to thank you guys, if it wasn't for this thread I wouldn't have had the courage to do this.

It's been an hour, the cream has worn off and there's a sort of pain but really not bad at all, I can't wait till it's all done.

your story is the same as mine xD i was shaky too.
But now it starting to heal slowly. I have some Black Crust on it and it starting to fall af almost and i can see thad my things are gone ! can't believe i dit this so cheap without the laser treathment LOL !!!!

Still waiting for the healing process :) but its getting better and better but i hope wen the crust is gone i have no scar :D.
