I have this bump on the shaft of my penis its like a pimple i know it can't be an std because i've never had sex somtimes it seems biggert and smaller if you have a clue what it might please tell me what it is and if theres a treatment.
What exactly does it look like? I mean, is there white stuff inside? Is it possible to squeeze it or not?
I would get the pimples down there sometimes. Sometimes I get them on my scrotum as well. But, those on the scrotum are either pimples or ingrown hair because I sometimes shave them.
I am sure that the pimple I get on the shaft is from masturbation. Sometimes I don’t wash my hands after, for example, typing on the keyboard or whatever and start masturbating. I am sure that dirty hands attribute to these pimples.

These glands produce sebum, which is white oily stuff that goes out when you squeeze it. It is not advisable to squeeze them though, because they can get infected. I used to do it but not anymore since I read about these infections.
