Ok so ive been masterbating continusously for the last 4-5 years,and a couple nights ago i got kinda drunk and i went to wank,this is something i do every night and when i woke up the head of my penis head had a slight scab on it,and my hand was covered in blood,im thinking this is just cause of too much friction causeing a tear in the skin,causing the bleeding,although i tried masterbating after thinking it was nothing and when i came i noticed blood in the semen,im pretty sure its just from the scab/cut on my penis but i forgot about it when i masterbated so,is there any way i can check myself that its nothing else,cause if its just a slight cut i dont wanna see a doctor for it,and after i looked a little more i can see i sort of tore the end of my penis making the slit a tiny bit longer,not noticibly just a tiny end of a razor cut,so im thinking if i just stop masterbating for a couple of weeks it clean up and everything will be better,and also when i look at it now the slit on the head of my penis seems a little red and puffy,so what should i do,just leave it for a while or something else? cause im kinda scared of this,cause i wanna wank,but im not sure if itl bleed again which it probobly will.
use some disinfectant on the cut and keeep it clean, if it gets dirty it can become infected and then u'll have big problems, seriously big problems, so while she's still good dont wank and apply a low concentrate of disinfectant, Everytime you piss would be good, cause piss has alot of bad sh*t in it.

Actually, urine is sterile but you will still want to keep it clean regardless.

It's also possible that you simply have what's called a torn frenulum which will heal in a few days if you take care of it. In my case, after I finished masterbating, I had a lot of blood come pouring out from the inside of the head, after closer examination, I realized I had torn something just inside the head of my penis. I covered it in Desitin (baby rash cream) and the following night it was healed completely. I think you should have probably seen a doctors just to be sure but, most of the time it's just something simple.
