It sounds to me like you have urinary tract infection. It’s usually caused by bacteria that are normally present in genital area, but sometimes they start to cause problems when they infect areas like your urethra which than causes burning when peeing, for example. But, since you had protected sex, I don’t think that it’s some STD that is causing this, so I would recommend you to see your family doctor who will prescribe you antibiotics which are regular type of treatment for these kinds of problems. He will be the best person to decide if you should be tested for any other type of infection, but like I said, I think this is just UTI.
