When i was 14 years old i was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and since then i haven't really noticed change with my penis and i'm now 17. It's not gone girthy at all, is this because of the illness or just normal?

We don't all develop at the same rate/times. Your penis can/will continue to develop into your early 20's.
Assuming you are managing your UC then it is unlikely to be causing any problems.
