Hi there. Almost no one has a perfectly straight penis - a curve is normal. It won't have any effect on sex at all...it may even make it feel better for her (or you) because there is pressure in different places.
I think the head is normally fairly soft in my experience anyway. I think as long as the shaft is hard...you are all set!
