Okay, so lately I've been reading about retracting of the foreskin. I can't do that and I am currently doing the stretching exercise but I'm a little confused. Do you do the stretching exercise when I'm flaccid or erect? When I am able to expose my glands do i leave it out to it becomes insensitive or do I just practice touching it and roll the foreskin back? Also how long will it take for the sensitive to go away. I'm 14.

hello,.. only stretch when FLACCID, if you stretch an erection or even a semi firm penis you are asking for trouble. Flaccid stretches only!

to get rid of sensitivity problems do jelqing, they take away 75% of over-sensitivity and let you last forever during sex.

If you are stretching it by rolling it back you will eventually want to be doing that while it's erect because the goal is to get it so it will roll back over the erect penis. If you are using the finger insertion method then it doesn't matter. I don't see how you can do that without it becoming erect anyway. I could never play with mine for more than a few seconds without it coming to attention. 8-|

If you want to desensitize your glans, the more you expose it and allow it to touch whatever, your fingers, underwear, bed sheets, the sooner it will get desensitized. It's your choice how you do it, it doesn't matter. I was never able to make my foreskin stay back by itself so leaving it out would have meant holding it there. I figured walking around with my hand in my pants might get some funny looks so I didn't do that.

Actually I had a lot of fun desensitizing mine. I used to hold my foreskin all the way back and clean the whole thing off using rubbing alcohol. After it dried I was able to rub it with my fingers to work on desensitizing it. That felt soooo good that I did it often and from then on I have always masturbated like that.

Enjoy yourself, have fun getting it the way you want. There are no rules about how to do it. But it is really nice to have a foreskin that rolls all the way back comfortably and it feels great to pull it back tight to stretch the inner foreskin.

I'm sure everyone is different but it probably took me a year to accomplish both the stretching and desensitization.

hello njoynlife, mine is too sensitive that I could barely touch it can't even tap it...(it's not discomfort, it is kind of electric shocking :cry: ), What I really can do now is only put it on shower...very slow jet...is there a way I could reduce the sensitivity so it's only discomfort when I try to touch...not a near pain sensation? it is also very dirty there :cry:

hello njoynlife, I can barely touch mine...(it is at point of hurting me, kind of electric shock on the spot I touch)....can't even tap it...what I can do now only spraying with slow jet shower....is there any way you know that I could do know at least until I can touch it with discomfort not near-pain-sensation?



is it possible that if I expose my glans to the air for...5 minutes a day will help reduce the sensitivity?

Can too much masturbation take away the sensitivity of the penis? If so, how can it be recovered?

How are you masturbating? If you retract your foreskin and dry rub your glans it will eventually make it about as sensitive as a circumcised guy's glans. If you're circumcised you're already about as desensitized as you are going to be.
