Ok, My period is 3 days late and for a while i have had the following symptoms.
achiness in the in the lower back
breast tenderness
late period
mild pain in my left ovary
frequent urination
pink/light red and clear discharge
I recently was hit in my left ovary and that is where the pain is and today i had a light red mixed with clear discharge. I even took a pregnancy test and it came back negative(i know im not pregnant). I was wondering if it is an ovarian cyst and getting hit could have ruptured it. The pain in my ovary is on and off. I am 17. What could this be?
