There is no chance you would be pregnant yet. That takes several days. But there is a chance you might become pregnant, although the little information you give suggests that you probably will not.

If you miss one pill, you are probably still okay (with most pills), but if you miss more, or are random in taking the pill, your protection could be compromised.

If you have missed 2-4 pills, your protection could well be compromised, and cannot be relied on. Also it will affect your periods. You may be better to take the pill in the morning or at night so that you can more easily take them at a similar time.

Thank you for that. How long have you been on the pill? If it is recent, you might be experiencing 'breakthough bleeding', but as it is now heavy, you should see a doctor.
With Ortho Tri Cyclen you should take one pill every day, no more than 24 hours apart. Then when the pills run out, start a new pack the following day. If you do not take one pill daily, you may get pregnant. So you need to get your prescription refilled before you run out of pills completely.
You probably have the 28 day birth control pack which contains seven "reminder" pills to keep you on your regular cycle. This means that your period will usually begin while you are using these reminder pills.
If you miss a pill, follow the instructions. So if you miss one pill, take two the next day. If you miss two in a row, take two the next two days. But you should also use additional protection for a week.
The question about cleaning up was what you were doing, to see how that might have affected you pregnancy-wise. Some women douche their vagina, others just wipe their vulva. So when you said "vagina" did you mean your vagina (the canal itself), or your vulva? Using the term "clean up" rather than "wash and change underwear" raised the question as you said you did it when he finished inside you (as opposed to when he doesn't finish inside you, I assume).
I think you should have a check up by your doctor.
