Period delayed after taking ipill for the first time, that was my first contraceptive ever

Okay so I had unprotected sex on the morning of the 15th and 17th of February and on both days I took the iPill within 9 hours. I had a 5day long period starting on the 1st of Feb and I had another 4 day long period on the 24th of Feb. 

I have never been on any contraceptives and that was my very first time. I haven't taken anymore contraceptives since. 

Problem is, I haven't gotten my period again after the 28th of Feb. It's been nearly 45 days. 

I've heard this is normal. Is it? 

Also I'm scheduled to get a blood test done later this month. Will the doctor be able to tell that I've taken contraceptives an that I haven't had my period, just by the blood test report??
