I've been on Ocella 28 for almost 5 years now, and I am currently taking the active pills (not the placebo ones) and I have been bleeding and cramping for the past four days. Sometimes I bleed after rougher sex or if I have sex too soon after my period, but that is not the case here. I am still taking the active pills and still bleeding, this is a steady flow for the past four days. When I'm on my normal period it is not a constant flow, so I am concerned. I am also concerned because I don't know what could be causing the bleeding, I'm taking my pill at the same time every day and I haven't had any sexual activity in the past week. Anyone else out there willing to help?
