I have had Mirena since Sept. 2011 and I always get my period every month. Instead of it being heavy, it's a lighter period that lasts longer. Now I started getting brown/black color discharge with an occasional spot of blood. The nurse at my doctors office said it was normal. Doesnt seem normal to me. I think I'm getting it out. I also have extreme lower back pain every month about a week before period. Any one else get this?
