When are these guys gonna stop making the most outlandish statements just to grab a headline. There latest stunt: Comparing the Holocust to the Killing of Animals
Boy what a bunch of whackos
Boy what a bunch of whackos
Those Sierra Club whackos are closing in on them. Why are they over here in our White Mountains telling us what we should be doing?
That's whacked. I am sure that the Jewish community will approve their request for this (yea, and monkeys wil fly out of my ass).
Oh, I thought you were bashing one of my favorite groups: People Eating Tasty Animals.
I almost got upset there.

did you view the exhibit??? I laughed at their pictures of animals. how insulting to the victims of the holocaust to be compared to this.
Oh that PETA? Well they're just the cat's meow.
Yes I did, there is no comaparison. Its a slap in the face to the Holocaust.
I wonder if they really think that way or only do it to get them some press time
Isn't their 15 minutes of fame up yet?
These people are freakin' lunatics. If you want to be a vegetarian be my guest. Leaves more steaks for me!
That's right, less demand = more supply and then the price drops. As soon as ribeyes get down to $0.25/lb., I can afford start eating them every day. GO PeTA!
Hmm. Comparing thinking, feeling humans with direction over their own lives, families that they look after for life and brains smart enough to balance a checking account to chickens and pigs. What an inarticulate comparison. It saddens me to see Holocaust victims being used for someone else's agenda because I think it dishonors their struggle.
Sometimes PETA has good things to say. It's usually a sign of noncreativity when one is forced to go for shock. Too bad they couldn't think of a different way to do it. One problem with extremist groups is that they're usually looking to change the minds of those considered mainstream, and you can't successfully do that with extremist tactics. You just look weirder if you do. How many of you remember EarthFirst spiking trees in the Northwest in the late 80s? Did it inspire any of you to write a check to them?

Counselor rests her case.
And on another note, I wonder how many PETA members/followers do something for the homeless/children who are starving in our country?
