This morning I was so embarrassed and humiliated like never before in my whole life. I hope someone could direct me how to report this pharmacist. I have prescription for hydrocodone and this morning when I showed up in a pharmacy (by the way, I go there several years) there was this new pharmacist at the counter, and when he looked at my prescription, he sad that he won’t fill that because the dosage is "for killing a horse" as he sad. I tried to explain, but he started raising his voice, and yelling at me. I went after that to another pharmacy down the street and they filled me without any problem. Can you imagine someone looking at you like you are a drug addict and not a person in pain, and not to mention that there was a neighbor of mine in the same pharmacy. I had some serious operation two months ago, and had been taking these painkillers ever since.

Well there isn’t much you can do actually. The best thing you could have done is walking out of that pharmacy and going to another one. I’m saying this because whatever you say to his superior he will say opposite thing, so it will be his word against yours. You could save yourself of embarrassment and walk out of a drug store. Of course I’m not saying that he had any right to yell at you, but unless your neighbor wants to back up your story, you better save yourself some trouble and next time go to another pharmacy. Anyway, you could file a complaint, but the company will probably support him and not you, because he is a pro-chemist, and his opinion, no matter how wrong, is what they are going to back up.
