I have this pimple like thing on the shaft of my penis It feels hard Seems to be a dark yellow color to it Its about 2/16 of an inch And its been there for almost a month Hadn't had any type of sexual intercourse so it cant be a std/hiv and the likes If you have any idea what it could be and if so,could you please tell Or at least tell me what i should do

It sounds like a pimple. You CAN get them on your penis/genitals. They often look bigger due to how thin the skin is compared to the rest of your body.
Give it time to heal. Treat it like any other pimple.
