I got a spot on my armpit about a month ago that was just like a pimple. I popped it and it seemed to be fine. But since then the spot won't go away. I have a stretch mark and the pimple was right on top of it. But now the spot keeps turning colors from light red to dark red to now a purple color. It has had dried up and peeled some flakey skin every so often. I don't really feel anything under the skin but I just don't know what it could be. Anyone else experience this?

Sounds like it is some type of scarring that has developed in the area. It should be fine but it will take a while for the tissue to start lightening up. I can't saw for sure how long, but if you don't like the blemish being noticeable, you may want to avoid tanning in the area until it gets more flesh-color or no noticeable color change for a while. Tanning may keep the scarred tissue darker, so take care not to tan if you have concerns of getting rid of it. There are some products on the market to help reduce scarring so you may want to consider getting that.
