um..... i have these pimple like dots in my groin area and have no idea what they could be.... i seem to get them from after i shave that area.... i use to shave in the shower, but i stopped and they seemed to stop appearing, but still they are there and am wondering how to get rid of them, im in a forigen country so i cant exactly see a doctor about it... so this is my best resort... their not pimple and if i try to pop um their really sore or they bleed quite a bit......... umm..... HELP!!!
