Same problem here. Not related to cardio as I go to a cardiologist and he confirmed there is no relation. The only thing dr.'s keep saying is Raynaud's but that doesn't fit to me bc the color change happens due to the position I am in......either sitting or standing and not to temp. I wish I could help with some miracle resolution but still searching myself......keep me posted if anyone finds anything that works. I did just order some Niacin so will advise on progress.

Hello, I have also had this problem since I was a little girl. I've always lead an active life, being involved in sports and other activities. I haven't found total relief or cure, but recently I will lay on my back with my feet up and my butt again the wall for a while each night. this seems to help with circulating blood flow and the spots dissappear for a while.

As from what ive found online they are linked to circulation and are just part of your phsiology, everyone is different.. in some cases it can be linked to a heart condition but if your young and your heart has be checked id say just eat right and get on with your life they will go away

The spots sound like they are circulation-related, especially if they are kinda flaky. I had them too. Check your blood sugar AND get an A1c blood test done for readings. The other cause might be your body's natural reaction to toxins. If you ever look at the leaves of a palm tree, they usually have dried up tips on the palm fronds. This happens because during the feeding process, the roots suck up the nutrients from the water and soil. It also takes in any toxins that are present. So the palms natural reaction is to push them away from the most vital parts of the organism and lock them up to the most dispensible areas where they can do the least harm. This is exactly how our bodies work, and probably what is happening to you. I had the same thing, and i'm almost rid of them. Here's how: First, you have to "detox" your intestinal tract to clear the path. I used Oxy-Powder Intestinal Cleanser .. Just follow the instructions on the label. You will be amazed at what you will see was inside you (if you dare to look). After you've completed the intestinal cleanse, you are ready for the "detox" part. This is just as important as the flush. Buy some edible bentonite clay powder in the purest form you can find, and Garden of Life Super Seed powder mix. Follow the instructions on the Super Seed bottle for 8 oz and mix in 1/4 teaspoon of the clay to the Super Seed before you add in the water (otherwise its harder to mix evenly with the water because it will literally turn to mud since that is what it is, and you'll find yourself chewing- not fun). Do this twice a day for 5 days. If you get headaches, don't worry. It's actually the clay pulling the c**p out of your system. The headaches are a built-in warning sign by the body telling you something is "out of normal". It is. All of a sudden, all that gunk that it was used to dealing with is being evacuated, and your immune system is temporarily confused. But if you need to, you can drink 4 oz twice a day, but for 7-10 days instead. You will see a difference in more than just your skin. You eyes will suddenly be noticeably clearer, and you will notice other things clear up or improve. The headaches were toughest for me the first treatment. I'm doing it again this month, and day 4 today at full strength and only mini-headaches that are bearable. Legs are almost back to normal. You may want to consider supplementing with Survival Shield Nascent Iodine and Super Male (or Super Female) Vitality drops (both available also from to help bring your chemistry back into balance after the detox. Your body will transform like only you know. By the way, start walking. If you already do, you need to do more. You figure out how. Your body will do the rest because that is what it's designed to do- heal itself. it just can't do it with all the gunk in the way. If you are taking any meds, take the clay 2 hrs before or after the meds. Otherwise, the clay could reduce the toxins from the meds because they are synthetic material to the body. No joke, this protocol will work for more than just circulation issues, as you can tell. Pass it forward. By the way, stay the hell away from coumadin (warfarin). It is literally D-Con rat poison. Check the box for yourself.

I can totally relate to this post. I'm 24 tall and very pale. When doing simple things like standing in one spot for more than 5 minutes my legs develop a purplish hue, I can tell when its happening because my legs start to feel hot. My hands and feet are always freakishly cold (compared to other people). A
