Hi! I have Bier Spots on my legs as well and I'm starting the Rutin now. How long did it take you to see some improvements on your Bier's spots? And has the rutin helped them go away all the way now? I'm desperate for any type of treatment to make the bier's spots disappear.

How has rutin treated you? I've been dealing with these damn spots, they spontaneously appeared all over my arms and legs a few months ago and have gradually, progressively been getting worse. Has rutin made any noticeable impovements??

I have the same issue. However I only see white spots when my hands/arms are in downward motion I just realized the spots going away .. when I saw them like always ..........then put my arms up in the air. Then they were gone. As for my heels. That's sort of different. The more you press and massage... the more the spots disappear. Regardless reading this is great cause I know that it's not that unusual and makes me feel comfortable. FYI I was a smoker that quit. Not a heavy one. However I have quit before and never had these side effects. thanks god for saving my pops from lung cancer !

All of these sound like they are caused by Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome or Dysautonomia. You need a tilt table test.

Perhaps ginger is dilating the capillaries too much and increasing circulation more than your capillaries can adapt to.

I have the same problem. I am going to the doctor soon for multiple skin issues, and chances are that the reason I have so many is due to poor circulation.

I also have what seems to be poor circulation. My hands & feet fall asleep so quickly. My hands swell when I run or hike. My feet swell easily also. I get white blotches on my arms when I am cold.

My husband died six years ago and he had bad circulation...when he died he had white blotches on the inside of his arms and also on his neck arteries, it looked like he had been hugged by an octopus, and i questioned it to the acting coroner at the time, and he told me it was because my husband had no circulation left and that is what happens.

Hello, guest.

You are right. They are usually caused by a skin condition known as idiopathic guttate hypomelanosis, which is more common in people with poor circulation.

If the white spots are caused by poor circulation, then the best way to treat them is to improve your circulation with regular exercise and a healthy diet. Wearing sunscreen can also help protect the skin from further damage.
