Just because there is no penetration is does not mean that you cant get pregnant :) It all dependson what you do, even with foreplay theres chances you could get pregnant, handjobs, then touching yourself afterwards can cause a pregnancy and he doesnt have to cum theres pre-cum.
However, if hes penis did not enter you then theres not much chance of getting pregnant as no sperm entered the vagina.
