possible to not know you are pregnant after 5 months?

i'm scared out of my mind. i've been having a strange feeling that am pregnant and i dnt know what i should do about it. i went to a gyno but she said i wasnt and my periods have changed. they were once irregular and now that they are normal they come only 2 days and they are very light. i took 2 home pregnancy tests and they came back negative. my stomach isnt hard or anything but the frequents peeing and the stretch marks are making me worry and my lower back pains are increasng. is it possible for the home pregnancy tests to be wrong? My boyfriend thinks its all in my mind because i really want a baby, but i think something is deffinately wrong.... :( am seeking advice can anyone help?

kinda need a help. For about 3 months I haven't seen my period nor any light fluid of blood. I didnt have unprotected sex, just only the condom broke. The next day i took a morning after pill... but after that month i havent seen my period. I have taken 4 home test, plus blood test. and I went to the gyno to do a echo check, and everything came out negative. tomorrow I'm going again. Only weird symtom i have is being tired alot, and my boobs are a bit heavier and just a bit painfull.. I'm a bit bloaded...

I have constant headache... and a month ago I have been throwing up for about 2 weeks.

I've never ever missed my period, only when i got pregnant for the first time but i had NOVA-T.. had to do an abortion because the embyo was stuck at the NOVA-T... and I have the same symptoms that i have now...
