okay so heres wats going on for about a month now i have been bleeding stoping for about a day or two then back to bleeding severe pain in my abdomen and lower back i have had the meraina IUD for about 3 years now... i have had two negative pregnanacy test both at the ER i am scared its a tubal pregnancy because i seem to have the symptoms but the constant bleedin does anyone have any idea as to wat is going on with me the dr said it was normal pain from my menstral but i am not so sure......

You would know if it is "normal pain from your menstrual" the doctor would not. If it is not normal, tell them, they don't know how you feel.
The bleeding is odd. That and the pain are cause for concern. When was your period due? Have they run any other tests, including bloodwork?

no no other test they never took my blood or anything except a urine sample my period is due around the 15th of every month but like i said i have been bleedin consantly with clots and its not normal pain i told them it was not normal they didnt listen
Are these the ER doctors you're referring to or your doctor?
You need a full gynecological exam. Can you see a Gyn/Ob? This is not normal, and the IUD in itself can be a concern for possible infection.
