Precum

Right this is kinda a long one. I have Clolitis (IBD). My Dr recently changed my BC pill from Cilest to Microgynon. I then had a flare up, which i was put in hospital for 5 days. Im on the mend, however on steriods aswell as all my other medication for this. I stopped the BC as soon as the flare up had started, as i have read o many occasions that BC can cause IBD problems. We have used protection throughout the month.. however on my last period we 'forgot' twice towards the end of the period... because my cycle is short im worried. Long story short, im a week late (im normally a 21 day cycle) so a 28 day cycle would also be today. 2 weeks ago i had a Gel like, snotty feeling in my knickers, when wiping i found a ball of gel, not exactly hard but sticky... i read up that this can me ovulation or in pregnant womens case the 'plug'... i took a test on saturday afternoon (i was anxious) and came back negative.. i havn't had any spotting, nipples are sore, and now im having pain after sex the morning after (using a condom) but just wondering what i should do next
