Had surgery for an ectopic febuary23, saved everything, tube was rupturing, but they got it in time!(it was a planned pregnancy) We would like to try again. It's been 3months now, thats how long the doctors said to wait, but what are some risks, pains, odds, to expect, or look for? Is there anything we should know, having had a miscarriage, a healthy pregnancy, and an ectopic?(in that order?)
Hi Honey! Because you waited the right amount of time there should be very little risk for that side and ZERO risk for the other side! So if you know which side you ovulate from each month I would advise to try on the side that wasn't involved! As sometimes the scaring from surgery CAN and I underline CAN cause another etopic pregnancy and sometimes miscarriage! Start taking prenatal vitamins, these help with your fertility, and just know that you CAN get pregnant OK? I wish you GOOD luck and GOOD health! All the best!
