hello . i am nasrin and 46 years old . i am iranian girl , not married and i am virgin. from 10 months i have not had peryod (sorry i am not very good in english) and docters after tests said to me i am monopose . but i want to get married this year and i like babies too much . i have a question : is it possible for me to get pregnant naturaly without any help of doctors ? bcz i heard for wpmans like me is it possible to have 1 time peryod in 1 year .

YES, it is possible BUT at ur age its risky to be pregnant and difficult to give birth. You can go to doctor and have them check ur fallopian tube and ovary to see if theres at least 1 or a few eggs in ur ovary. If there is and u are still having period ur good to go.
