Pregnancy signs even movements possbile 12-13 weeks preg but keep getting negative results

Normal period Mid October 2008 (very heavy over flow in 30 minutes lots of large clots same as has been since I was 12)...Missed period November 2008....light period no cramping no major clots December 2008...tested positive on OTC test and started the evening of the test. Took another test 3 days later and was light barely readable in the late afternoon...took another test the next morning was a little darker but still so light I had trouble seeing it. waited 2 days went to free clinic with volunteers and volunteer had nurse confirm negative results...said if still having probs retest by the 11th of January 2009 but may have had a chemical preg and lost it. Very light period in January 2009....lighter than the last one and no clots at all was more like heavy spotting than a real period..took test on 3rd day after started and was almost no spotting at a differnt clinic with nurses....first test there was a dot on the positive line area but no line she couldnt say for sure so she used same sample and new test and was negative...said to retest in a week or so....or call around and explain my situation in hope a doctor will do a blood test free since I am in a poor financial situation and cant get medicaid without a positive test. I had pull out sex the last week of October about 1 week after my period. I have 2 children and so know symptoms. I had flutters of the stretching utuerus in late November thru December. My doctor told me that was the feeling since it was too early for movement when I was preg with my 1st. Since late December or Early January have had what feels like movement. I can feel it when I lay on my back with my hands on tummy. My daughter said my tummy thumped her. I felt for my cervix...It is so high I can barely touch it and it is small and smoothe like the clitorous but is inside...the vagina is soft and mushy like a soaking wet sponge. My vaginal fluid is thin and watery almost clear. I have been nautious and had dizzy spells as well as gas and heartburn and have been very emotional. I have petite mal seizures from a head injury that are controlled and also I have a taccycardia problem that is aggrivated by pregnancy and have had minor heart palpitaions since late November. It is imperative I find out as soon as possible so I can get medicaid and get medical treatment if I am pregnant not only for the baby's sake but for mine as well. The nurse at the last clinic said there are women that cant get positive results on a urine test and it is possible I am one of those and also since testing after a period my HCG could have dropped as well as there are women that do bleed during a pregnancy. She said according to my last normal period in October I am further along if I am preg than I thought since I was calculating according to when I was sexually active and not according to a period chart which doctors use. She said if I am pregnant then I am about 12-13 weeks. I am also a large boned heavy set woman so it is hard to tell that I am getting bigger even though I notice it myself. What are the odds I am pregnant? What is the vaginal fluid supposed to be like when you are pregnant? Last test and last day of last period was last week. I have not had intercourse since Mid November. I am 36 years old. Please I need an answer right away and the more information the better.
