ok so i was told i have endometriosis after a yr and some months of pain, i was thinking i might of been prego cuz all the symptoms such as.... ab pain, dizzyness, nausa, worse back pain then i already had, etc.... but that was back when i was on birth control and because i thought the pain was from the pills i stoped them well ... now i havnt been on the pill for a while now since end of sept. 08. my bf and i had unprotected sex(all the way but we usually use pull out method) then i started spotting the next morning for 3 weeks .its now been almost a month since my last period and i dont have 1 yet but yet i have a ton of stomache pain 6 days straight( not as bad now) but i still have it. i gained like 6 lbs since last week ( not normal for me) but now when i eat i feel like im never full untill i wait a bit when im done then i feel like im going to get sick then hungry again like an hr. after

so any ways.......

what r the different symptoms of each i really need help
