Pregnant, even though it was only precum?

Hi I'm new to this but my question is this i have taken 3 pregnancy and a blood test all negative. I have sore breast, headaches, some nasuea, got something like a period not as my normal white and clear fluid from my breast and dizness my question is can i be pregnant, even though it was only precum.
