I had sex with my boyfriend (on 11.04.12) and on the 13th April I had a bladder infection, which the doctors then prescribed me with antibiotics called Amoxicillin. I was on the pill and i had come to the end of my pack on the 13th.. I started my period before taking the first dosage of antibiotics and was on my period for 4-5days. The antibiotic course was for one week so the day i was taking my last dosage of antibiotics, I started my new pack of the pill. I am nearly at the end of this pack and over the last two days, i have been feeling pain in my belly and started bleeding. It looks and feels like a normal period. Does this mean I may be pregnant as my boyfriend ejaculated inside me and i started taking antibiotics immediately? Why am i bleeding when i should start my period in 5 days time? Will I have another period in five days time? Should I stop taking the pill for my 7-day break this week or should i start a new pack, just so that I am not unprotected over the next few weeks? Please help.. I'm really worried.

You are bleeding because when you take antibiotics the pill is not effective. You'll notice that if you suddenly stop taking the pill at any time for more than 2 days or so, you will get your period.
This happened to me. I was on the pill for about a month when I somehow got a skin infection and had to take antibiotics for a week. My period started on the 3rd day of antibiotics and didn't stop for almost a whole month. But it's all good now anyway. Don't stress it's all normal. Just make sure you use extra protection for another week or so.
