you said 'all my adult life'. if that means anything then the answer to your dilema may lie in what maintained during your childhood years that is if you were having orgasms before 18. a sprinter and a long distance runner cannot start the race at the same time. allow your partner to do what he has to do and just before he/she ejaculates like two seconds before, wildly and violently stimulate your clitoris so that you both finish said race and cross the finish line together.

No offense, but what you are talking about is not a premature orgasm in women. As a matter of fact it sounds like the exact opposite is the case. It sounds like not only is your girlfriend extremely orgasmic, but perhaps is a bit fixated maybe even to an addicted degree. Counseling might be helpful. When these women talk about premature orgasm they are generally talking more about seconds then minutes, mild to at best moderate satisfaction, and a general to total loss of arousal.

Its interesting that everyone would find this a problem when I think it can and is a good thing! Maybe if the people concerned would stop seing that as a problem it would help. I dont want to sound arrogant with my approach, but It is my contribution on the topic and I think it's worth a shot!

A long time ago now but there was a time when my wife would orgasm instantly as soon as I penetrated her , I thought we were unique until I saw this thread. It was very frustrating as she could not continue with sex afterwards as she said it was uncomfortable . After a time the problem sorted itself out but it was a worry at the time, I always thought it was the man that had that problem I had never heard of it in a woman.

I have the same problem. I can masturbate within a few seconds of penetration or a minutes' and can get ready for more just after a few minutes. I am virgin and used to believe that the problem may sort out after having sex but as I read comments of many people like me, I think the problem persists lifelong. I hope there could be any way to deal with this because it can be annoying for the partner. One solution that I find is ejaculating one time before starting with your partner because second time it takes a little more time than the first one!
