I try Mastic Gum supplement by nutricology, that has been a huge help with my stomach issues and assuming I have H pylori.... It's been a big help at keeping my stomach and check. A probiotic you might considered is called vsl#3, but you do need to get it for my Dr. I have mostly experience with Lyme my symptoms were very scary mostly neurological.... My gut was an affected quite badly. The best thing I have done is treat my candida infection and be real careful about what I eat mostly eat vegetables lean meat try to be very cautious of carbs and sugars. I got something else you could look into is to see if you have the MTHFR gene mutation there's been a lot of talk about that and people having lots of strange symptoms if you want to research that then you can take a methyl B vitamin.... The MTHFR mutation causes you not to absorb vitamin B it might be worth looking into oh and you have to take a methylated folate as well.... This gene mutatio makes it hard to detox environmental toxins

Your Reverse t3 is way too high holy moly do you feel extremely fatigued and run down? Did you tell me earlier you're on no thyroid medication? You would benefit greatly from taking something called T3.. if you can visit the stop the thyroid Madness Facebook page you can learn a lot about reverse T3 and what problems it will cause you.

This is the reply from lab...

Your thyroid stimulating hormone, thyroxine and T3 are all normal which suggest healthy thyroid function.

Your rT3 is elevated and your FT3/rT3 ratio is low which could suggest that you are not getting sufficient free triiodothyronine (FT3) into your cells. There is currently little scientific research into the FT3/rT3 ratio, but some experts believe that this could lead to symptoms of hypothyroidism (slow metabolism) even though your thyroid hormones are at normal levels.
You may wish to discuss these results with your GP although you should note that it may be difficult to get advice and treatment for elevated rT3 or an abnormal ratio through conventional channels.

You have normal levels of thyroid peroxidase antibodies and thyroglobulin antibodies making your risk of over- or under-active auto-immune thyroid disease caused by these antibodies very low.

Your levels of vitamin B12, folate are normal.

Your vitamin D levels are bordering on insufficient. This may progress to vitamin D insufficiency or deficiency if you don’t take steps to increase your vitamin D levels.

Thank you for your help!

My main symptoms are:
Extreme heaviness in the body, as if gravity pulling me down, constant dizziness swaying sensation as if my head swim and when I sit down after walking it feels awfull as if there is a second body joining me, feels unbearable. Not a single doctor wants to look into the problem... keep repeating anxiety...are you a medical professional?

Interesting I had same exact symptoms a few years ago. I felt like there were sand bags tied to my waist and I was being pulled to the left. All that improved when I added T3 I would highly suggest finding a doctor that commonly prescribed T3 go to your pharmacy and ask the pharmacist if there are doctors in the area that prescribe natural desiccated thyroid and T3 commonly.... Once you find a good doctor like that they will absolutely know what's going on a regular mainstream doctor will not address T3.

I'm also wondering if your cortisol is either too high or too low........ And you can treat that naturally..... It often ties in with high reverse T3... The best test for that usually insurance doesn't cover but it is called a saliva cortisol test you can get it through Canary labs online. I'm not a medical professional but I have learned a lot going through Lyme hypothyroidism and adrenal fatigue. All I have done for five years is research and study how to correct my symptoms.
