You might have late stage Lyme disease . Go to a lyme specialist . I have had this hell disease since 2008. There is no real test for this.

Did you ever figure this out? I have about 90% of these symptoms.

I don’t want to be rude, but most everyone here agrees they have these symptoms, but have really not figured out why. I mean there can be a thousand more people who find this and say yes I have the same symptoms. But please can you say what if anything has made it better, what you have found out is causing it, what doctors who could figure out exactly what is causing this.

I have had the whole gambit of tests as well and all negative. I am type 1 diabetic that is pretty well managed. I am almost to the point where I give up on western medicine. I have seen I think 4 ENT, 6 neurologists, general doctors etc and all have said nothing.

I have had this feeling for 2 years. This seems to be getting worse and worse by the day. I can’t even do anything like go into a store at this point.. I REALLY need to figure this out. It seems like the doctors give maybe 10 min of thought and just shrug their shoulders and move on. Or they just want to throw some pills at it without even knowing what is causing

I appreciate this thread and the info here and will be looking into if I have lyme. If anyone has any more solid info PLEASE share thanks

........I 've been having the same almost exact symptoms and a few other ones......i've had migraines for 5-6yrs now and i'm only 17...so it's crazy the pressure in my head and everything else is new and has just started within the past 5months....my doctor didn't run tests he just says it's "tension migraines" but the medicine he gave to treat them has no affect and i already know it has to be something else .

This is an old post but get checked for Chiari Malformation, request an MRI. I had/have all of those symptoms and just had surgery, most have gone away. Also check out ConquerChiari.org

I have very similar symptoms. Pressure in ears with a feeling of fluid moving around. Numbness in limbs and face. Nausea. Gravity wobbling or pushing me down. Shortness of breath. Anxiety. I’ve had an ekg, head xray, chest xray, MRI, spinal tap, all came back clean. I was put on diamox (diuretic usually prescribed for alpine sickness), didn’t help. Anxiety meds too, and nausea meds, no help. It all seemed to start after I fainted one day. I may have hit my head. The best diagnosis I’ve been able to find is endolymphatic hydrops. Basically an ear imbalance. From what I’ve read, it can cause vertigo and numbness because the inflammation presses on the nerves. If your symptoms come and go in batches and you’re exhibiting hearing loss, you may have the primary version, also known as Meniere’s. If the symptoms are constant with no hearing loss, you may have secondary, which is often caused by things like diabetes, infection, etc. The main treatment involves maintaing a steady low sodium diet. I’ve just started, but I’ll post back here in a month or so and report on any progress. I will say this : I’ve noticed that my symptoms are made worse by motion... shaking my head or moving it around too much. Popping my ears seems to help for a second, but my symptoms return even worse if I do that. By learning to stay still and moving slowly, giving myself time to adjust, I’ve decreased symptoms a bit.

Look at mal de debarqument MDDS. It comes normally from boats or planes. But I got it spontaneously from a drug called paxil. I've had it 18 years. Go to the Veda website. Or on Facebook MDDS group.
