Get as much sun and outdoor oxygen as you can. Turn off your TV & computer and just get outside. If your neighborhood is awful, find a bench somewhere, or walk around a mall.
Then start a ketogenic diet. Our brains are fat and they need fat. Sugar feeds cancer at 10-12 times the rate of regular cells... ditch the sugar, ditch all carbs because they process just like sugar. Take a multivitamin, get a complete blood count to make sure nothing is way out of wack. Diabetes can cause many of the symptoms you're describing, too.
Relax, every chance you get. You don't have to knock yourself out with exercise, but mobility is so healing. And avoid high stressors. Ignore the news in the evening (it's mostly propaganda anyway).
Your state of mind and stress levels are so, so important. Deep relaxation, moderate but regular mobility (aim for 30 mins, 4 times a week), blood test, peace of mind. Don't over-complicate it. Be like Nike and "Just Do It"!!

Hej,
I read your problems with inbalance and so on. I got in 2016 may a dizzy and after few days, dizzynes turned into something like inbalance. When i walk, sit.. Talk with others i feel heavy i body and head, like a bow, a pressure builds into my body i feel not comfortable. I visited doctors They told i might have crystal ear, then i visited other doctor specialist for ear.. He concluded that i had crystal ear/dizzynes but I my self treated it, and this dizzynes turned into that my brain does not trust my balance. So i suffer... CSN someone give me advice.. What can be done?
