See a neuro-otologist, get a Vestibular (inner ear) work up and films.
get checked for perilymph fistulas (inner ear oval and round windows ruptured)
And get checked for superior canal dehiscence (cracked canal)
And get checked for BPPV

Just read your comment. I am too having a similar set of symptoms including throat irritation and dysphagia that have been bothersome for almost half a year. This is the third flare-up of my condition, the second happening several weeks a year ago and the first time two years back in 2017. I recently went to an ent and they said my voicebox or the area around it looked strange so they wanting me to get a CT scan of my throat. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if I had cancer hiding in my throat since I have been having these symptoms on and off for years now.

Do you think a ct scan by itself could detect cancer?

Same thing is happing to me going on 2 years after being taken off klonapin cold turkey. It started 2 days after my last dose. This is a horrible feeling and the Dr's refuse to help.

I had similar experiences; it hasn't happened for a while. No one believed me either, doctors couldn't find anything. My head felt like a big heavy balloon super fuzzy, extreme brain fog and my limbs felt extremely weak, it was like I couldn't wake up. A weird tingling sensation would move up and down my body in waves. Seriously everything was task getting up to brush my teeth would ware me out. I couldn't focus to save my life, I had to keep constantly moving or I would fall asleep. Like it literally felt like I was stuck in a bad freaking dream. It has not happened in years, and it only lasted about a week, but it was such odd experience that I still search the internet for answers from time to time.
