Hello, I am having the same symptoms. I especially feel like i am being pushed over and i feel an increase in gravity. I am also having visual when i am up close to a wall or a window at night it makes me brain feel sick almost like I cant tell how close it is to me. Getting in bed at night i feel like my bed is being jiggled and i have to lay still before I pull my covers up. Have you been diagnosed. Please respond. Desperate for a lead. Been to two ENTs and neither are listening to me. Frustrared and worried that the docs wont figure it out and try to call me crazy.

Hi , my wife is going through the exact symptoms you have. She had lots of investigations like you, that were inconclusive, she is in the process of going to see yet another neurologist. we are not sure were this will lead. For your information POTS came up on the raider. ,then neural mediated syncopy ,postural hypotention, hypertension, orthostatic tremor. She's been through it all and we are stll non the wiser.I sincerly hope you find an answer to your condition because I can understand what you are going through a sense of insecurity. Its not functional but very real and this is perhaps why you need answeres. If I get to know before you then I will keep you posted and if you could do the same this would be nice.

Have you been checked for a thyroid problem? Hashimotoes autoimmune thyroiditis or graves disease. Have you had your estrogen, progesterone, and cortisol checked? It could be hormonal, or a deficiency of B12, folic acid, iron, ferritin. It could also be an infection of some kind. Please let me know how you make out. Best of luck.

One possible thing to consider is a problem with your vestibular (or balance) system. A huge amount of the symptoms you describe are aligned with issues when your balance system is out of whack, and a lot of them from inner ear problems. You can read more here -
I suffer from ongoing anxiety and panic attacks, and they always crop up after I've had a bout of balance problems caused by BPPV.
Hope this is of some help
