I Have a sore about half way between my belt line and the base of my penis. Its somewhat sore to touch but very sore if even slightly squezed. I have had sores there before but I always thought they were pimples. They were usually small and had pimple like qualities. This is probably a good inch around and seems like it has more than one head. It isn't very itchy except for the fact that I know its there and I can't help touch it from time to time to see if the pain worsen's. There is no puss or scab present but I am most positive it will have either of them if not both when it pops. Does anyone have any Idea what it might be or if there is any ointment or cream I can put on it?

I think that if you are experiencing symptoms like this then it would be a good idea to see your doctor about it. I can't tell if what you are experiencing is an ingrown hair or if it is actually an STD. Have you been sexually active at all, because it sounds like a possibility? In either case, it is hard for me to tell so I would recommend that you talk to a dermatologist. Please keep us posted on what it turns out to be.
