Hello and help!
I have tremendous pulsating pressure (NOT pain) in the front of my neck and in my head when I lay flat or bend over. There is also a roaring noise and I hear my pulse. I am a heart patient, w/ 5xCABG and a mechanical mitral valve. SVT, HBP, MVR, CHF & I also have tinnitus and deafness in L ear from heavy lifting episode...but this pressure is a new symptom. Is this cause for concern? I have trouble getting my head comfortable at night. I am F, and 53
Thank you Lu

Hello there Lu,

Well since you are fighting all this symptoms and conditions I believe that you should visit your doctor as soon as possible so you can determine what is going on. Being a heart patient is always related to certain risk and I wouldn’t spend o much time on guessing what is going on.

Also I can share with you the problem which my mother had and it was related with the pulsation in her head and her neck. This was the symptom and doctor told her that she has high blood pressure and that she needs to make some adjustments in her nutrition and lifestyle. So, see your doctor and let us know what your problem was.
