I’ve had a purple lump/spot on my penis, about 4 years ago I clipped the zip of my trousers on my penis shaft and I think it created a broken blood vessel, it’s still here years later, I’ve tried not masturbating for 2 months, twice... still no change. I’m only 18 and I’m a bit shy to go to the doctors.. is there anything I can do to try and cure this? Please help
