So.. I've always been pretty into it. In my last relationship I had great sex, no problem with comming to quick.
Now, with my new girlfriend, I can barely last 10 minutes. Whereas with my last girlfriend I could go for about an hour if I tried.
This is very distressing, as I've never experienced this problem before. Recently I read on several sites on the net that overmasturbating can actually CAUSE premature ejaculation.
So my question is, is this true? Assuming it IS true, if I stop masturbating, will my endurance go back to what it was before, or have I messed myself up for good?

well.. it depends on HOW you're masterbating.. if you are doing it in a hurry just to get off and go about your day. then yes that can lead to quick sex. becuase your body is used to the hurry up and get the payoff. if you masterbate like having sex and refrain from coming even when you feel like you could.. then somethings up. it may be as simple as.. you're with a new girl and a lilttle anxious. try to relax. the more you are worrying about the problem, the more it will happen. my husband and i go through periods of time where he lasts anwhere from 5-10 minutes. usually when he's over tired, and over stressed. try masterbating with the intent on not getting off real quick. pace yourself, breathe deeply, and take breaks if you have to. that should help! best of luck!
