This rash began 2 years ago but never struck me as bad until now, it seems to be spreading and more red than ever.
At first it was only a patch of skin with a strange texture [contour lines of the rash go down the length of the rash but against the contours of my arm] on my inner elbow. Moisture such as sweat sometimes made it turn red and sting.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what this might be, or how to treat it? Please any information would be nice.

Same thing on my left arm. Tried fluconazole cream and that didn't work. Got fluconazole pills and it took care of. Go to your doctor or a minute clinic.

it may be discoid eczema... I have had this same rash for 5 years... its a mystery but i find Talcum Powder works very well to stop it hurting and being as visible... it may be discoid eczema but i am just guessing i have no idea what mine is either
