Hello. I'm 24 year old male and I'm sexually active for more then five years now. I have never had any unusual symptoms on my genitals and that’s why I got worried when I saw this.
About three days ago in the shower, I have noticed that I have this small tiny bump on my right testicle.
I have never seen it before. My girlfriend is completely healthy and never had similar symptoms! It doesn’t hurt at all but I would like to have it removed. What could it be?
I'm only afraid it could be a sign of some sexually transmitted disease or even maybe a cancer! Please tell me what should I do, or whom I should talk to!

I have just read your post and I will tell what I know about it. There are several possible conditions that could cause this small bump to show on your testicle.
You didn’t mention is this bump superficial or it is located deep in the testicular tissue. If it is deep- it could be a cancer because the symptom of it really is a painless, pea-sized lump.
If it is superficially located then we are talking probably about folliculitis, inflammation of hair follicle or about warts, sexually transmitted disease. Only way you could be sure is to contact your urologist and let him determined the real nature of your bump!
Don’t loose any more time! Early detection is the key of good treatment!
