I just recently developed a "wart", its a twisted little mass of skin that popped up in the crevice between my thigh and lower torso as a result of me shaving my pubic hairs for a 'wild time' with my wife. I've never had a growth like this before. It does not resemble the warts I see in photos. there was a lot of itching and redness and soreness associated with it due to being located in that fold where it is constantly rubbed, is consistently moist.
It is about 1mm long, not smooth or puffed, but more a twised beat up look to it. I have not others like this in the area. It is away from the penis.

I am not sure that this are warts, but you have to understand that there is chance that you might have some slightly different version of warts. I am not sure what is the best treatment option at home, but I know that you can get help at the hospital. I think that your doctor needs to examine this in order to give you the best possible treatment. You can not ignore this and wait for this to go away on its own. This is not a simple problem and it needs to be treated as soon as it can. I hope this helped you in any way.
