It seems we are all on the same team! I had the L4 & 5 fusion along with the laminectomy in Feb 2021. I'm 5 ½ months and I have stiffness and when getting out of a chair it takes me 15 seconds to stand up straight. I have made a few mistakes being too active (golf & riding my motorcycle) too soon and paid the price with pain. However, PT helped me to get back on track and now I just have this ache in my lower back that doesn't want to go away. Anyway no more pain! I do my PT exercises everyday and I'm looking forward to the day the ache is gone away. Best of luck to all, remember we are in this together.
Best,
Bruce
