Mine aren't itchy either, it just feels really hot. I can't stand it! I just registered to create a profile, I don't know how else to communicate with anyone on here. If anyone wants to contact me feel free anytime, it's at least nice knowing there are other people out there like us

I'm really glad that other people share this same frustration. I get blotches that practically glow in the dark now. Ever since I got a part in my schools musical I would get them every day no matter what. I did get them before the musical but not to that extent and not as occasionally since I never thought about it. Now all I think about are my blotches and they affect me in every way.i can't enjoy the things I love to do(sing/musical theatre) and I honestly cried almost every single day because of them it's so embarrassing and all I want to do is hide. It's disgusting and unsightly I can't talk to boys or get excited because ill start braking out in blotches. Even just sitting in class ill think about them and get them. It's horrible and makes me feel so small and everyday I just want to come home from school and go to bed and cry. If anyone knows how to stop this phsychological problem inside my head please tell me. It's honestly turned into a mental disease more than physical and I'm obsessed with getting stupid blotches. I need help. Someone please tell me if there is any medication or surgery or anything I WILL DO ANYTHING to get rid of these unsightly blotches. I don't care if I turn into a lobster just as long as I don't have to deal with fire truck red spots on my chest. I'm 16 by the way if that helps in any way. Please help me!!!!! :(

Hi everyone, i suffer from these blotches as well. It started afew years ago, i just use to blush and my top half of my body would go pink all over and the last 4 months or so my neck, chest and sometimes my face would come out in a red blotchy mess :( i thought it was my hormones playing up but i got it checked and it wasnt that. Im really stressed that in another few years i wont be able to leave the house it will be that bad :( can anyone help? X

I get them and I feel a kind of heat rising as if blushing (only worse) but it doesn't really itch and sometimes I don't even notice it until someone points it out. And then in gets worse because i'm embarassed. Whenever im super nervous, embarassed or extremely uncomfortable or awkard is when it usually happens before I got it every couple of months. But as I get embarassed or stressed at lot more often (everyday) everybody is like 'why is your chest and face red?' It is really embarassing and it doesn't help whenever your already self-conscious. Does anybody know what this is called? Is it usual for a 16 year old to have this?

I am 15 about to turn 16 and ever since I was in middle school I would get red blotches all over my neck. It has gotten worse over the years, I am now getting the red blotches on my arms and face too. I get red whenever I am mad, sad, happy, excited, nervous etc.. Even after I try to breathe and calm down, it doesn't help it goes away on its own.. I'm a very confident person; it just bothers me when people stop and ask me what's wrong or like do I have a disease.. someone please help!! I feel like crying when I get blotchy); nothing works

Who & where is your acupuncturist? I'm interested in trying it. I've never had NAET acupuncture. How is it different than regular acupuncture? Does it hurt more or less than the regular acupuncture? Your description of symptoms are exactly like mine. I hope I can find the cure as well. Thanks.

may be psoriasis.

Psoriasis is caused by blockage of skin with wind, damp, heat and pathogen. The symptoms are usually red papules that occur on the skin of the scalp, trunk and extensor aspect of limbs. The papules gradually expand and merge into patches or plaques with thick silver scales on the surface. The patches or plaques are of irregular shape, some take the shapes of map or island, yet some are smaller but more, with the appearance of starry sky and with the scales shedding off layer after layer. A layer of red film can be seen by scraping off the scales gently, and small hemorrhage dots can be seen by scraping off the red films. see more information on vitiligotc
