my son has red bumpy type things all over his body and there is none on his face and we were wondering what they are, no systems with them

I have similar condition, although not over entire body.There is no itching.Has you're son taken a lot of antibiotics ? Does he have any food allergies ? I had a work up of my gut bacteria and found i had moderate level of bad bacteria as well as fungal candida. Let me know what you find out.
