im worried becasue today i was just walking downstairs and i felt a little sting between my testicles and anus. I went int he bathroom to check it out and it was a little red pimple like thing, but im still worried about what it could be. It doesnt hurt but stings a little if touched, anyone know what it is or could be? thanx

I took my girlfriend’s antibiotic cream and applies on the pimple a few times and it is already smaller and it doesn’t hurt anymore. Just don’t squeeze it and poke it and keep the area clean, wash it as soon as you get sweaty and you shouldn’t have as many pimple problems.
If you happen to believe that this could be an STD, you better have it checked. I don’t think it is as they (std bumps like herpes or HPV) usually show up in clusters and you would rarely get just one.

you most likely have a perianal cyst. it is most common in men and could be caused by an infection in the anal glands or surronding area that moves through the tissue or tracts in a straight line towards your scrotum. quite often this cyst will require surgical drainage and is best done before they become quite large.

Talk about possibilities based on some information but do not talk about probabilities, especially when NOT a doctor and listening to someone on the Internet describe symptoms.
